OBESITY & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

The AYUSH Obesity &Weight Management Programme addresses the physical and emotional challenges associated with weight gain and weight maintenance. Using the integrated approach of Naturopathy and Ayurvedic treatments, the program is a safe and effective way to lose those extra inches. Our Yoga sessions will complement the therapies by providing a deeper insight on gaining control and balancing your lives, which are the basic ingredients for healthy weight management.

SPINAL CARE

Our Spinal Care Program includes special treatments for neck pain and low back pain due to various conditions like muscular conditions, Spondylosis, Spondylitis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Disc problems etc. The treatment includes traditional massages with special herbs from Kerala, nasal drops, medicated steam, medicated spinal baths, acupuncture and internal medications complemented by Yoga, Pilates, aquatics and meditation that plays a major role in revitalising and restructuring the spine.

At AYUSH, the solutions to digestive health issues include alkaline Naturopathic diet, hydrotherapy baths, packs and compresses, Ayurvedic decoctions, yogic kriyas, relaxation technique and lifestyle changes will help restoring good digestion.
